Francesc Sala Castells
I joined CYP as a project technician and took on responsibilities until I had the opportunity to become Project Manager after 2 years. With the pandemic, the company entered a new phase and new positions appeared that have been maintained until now, where I started as Manager and up to the current position of Senior Manager.

I started my career at CYP Core as a project technician, participating in key initiatives with Seat as a client. During this stage, I entered the world of logistics, designing layouts and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.

My first challenge was to take responsibility for a plant in a critical situation. The objective was clear: to ensure the procurement of parts and their delivery to the end customer. This challenging environment was the starting point for the development of key competencies.

I started my career at CYP as a Project Engineer, participating in key projects within the automotive sector. From the beginning, I was involved in vehicle launches, process optimisation, layout design, KPI management, which allowed me to develop key competencies.
