When technology stops being an idea and starts to work. In July 2026 we were at Mecanus Innovación’s facilities in Zaragoza, taking part in a new demonstration of the TECHDUAL project.

Over those days we saw how the technologies developed by the different partners come together into a solution able to operate in real, demanding environments.

CYP Core took part in the assembly and in validating the camera and the detection systems, checking that they work correctly and that they detect people.

TECHDUAL shows how collaboration between companies with complementary capabilities turns different technologies into a working solution with a real application.

The demonstration days also caught the media’s attention. One more sign that, when innovation works, its impact goes well beyond the industrial setting.

The project is carried out within ECOMOB and is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Tourism through the 2025 AEI call for grants.

Thanks to Mecanus Innovación for hosting us and to all the partners for these days of working together. And, especially, to Ricard Pons and Alex Capella Ibañez for representing CYP Core in Zaragoza.

We keep adding capabilities to move towards more connected, safe and resilient mobility.

  1. Update

The TECHDUAL project keeps gaining visibility and made it onto the Aragón TV news.

At CYP Core we are proud to be part of this consortium and to contribute to developing and validating an unmanned ground platform, together with reference companies and clusters in the sector.

The project shows the value of collaboration between organisations in bringing technology solutions to real environments and improving industrial competitiveness.

Thanks to FACYL, the Automotive and Mobility Cluster of Castilla y León, for sharing the report, and to all the participating organisations for making this progress possible.
