The challenge
Sell online only where there is no distributor, charge in euros with each sale’s VAT, and lose no order between payment and delivery.
- Sell only where there is no distributor, in each country’s currency
- VAT that matches what was charged to the cent, for invoicing by hand
- Know at every moment what is paid and what is still to ship
What it does
Choosing the motorcycle, on a phone too
- 1.5 s · You open the One RR from the catalogue.
- 4.0 s · You pick the 280 cc variant.
- 6.3 s · The variant, its build time and the shipping to Spain.
- 7.1 s · You add it to the cart and the cart opens.
On a phone, buyers pick the motorcycle and its variant, with the build time and shipping to their country.
Payment by card or bank transfer
- 1.8 s · You open the order in transit.
- 2.5 s · The camera moves in on the order: number, date, total and the five steps to delivery.
- 5.1 s · The camera returns to the whole page.
Payment is by card or bank transfer, and the order waits, never lost, until the money arrives.
Each order, from payment to delivery
- 1.7 s · You tick «Solo con retraso en producción»: one order is left, «Retrasado».
- 3.7 s · You open its record: the line, the amounts, the address and the tax ID.
- 7.4 s · You click «En tránsito» and the record warns that the customer will receive an email.
- 10.7 s · You cancel: nothing is saved.
- 12.2 s · You close the record.
Late orders stand out, and marking one in transit sends the customer an email.
The business’s month on one panel
- 0.8 s · The camera moves in on the month and the revenue chart.
- 3.7 s · The camera moves down to the alerts: a paid order has passed its build time.
- 6.9 s · The camera returns to the whole panel.
The month’s paid sales, what is still to collect and alerts on what needs attention, on one panel.
Email notices and campaigns with consent
- 1.7 s · You filter those who accept advertising.
- 3.8 s · You select everyone in the table.
- 5.5 s · You open «Crear campaña»: recipients, subject and the PDF brochure.
- 6.1 s · The camera moves in on the form.
- 9.7 s · You close it without sending.
Campaigns go only to those who have agreed, with a PDF brochure and one-click opt-out.
How it fits
It charges through Stripe, which also works out the VAT, sends email through Resend, and customers and staff sign in with Microsoft Entra ID.
